Milk pancakes

Ingredients:

3 pcs. eggs
1 cup (250 ml) milk A2
15 g baking powder
Enough flour to make a batter in the consistency of heavy cream
1 tbsp. sugar
A pinch of salt
Vegetable oil for cooking

Directions:

Whisk the eggs with the sugar, add the milk A2, and stir everything together. Sift part of the flour and the baking powder into the batter and stir. Add enough flour for the batter to achieve the consistency of heavy cream. Pour the batter onto a frying pan to make small pancakes and bake on both sides until golden.

The pancakes can be served with your favourite jam, cream, or natural yoghurt. Enjoy!

Orange oatmeal

Ingredients:

300 ml milk A2
100 g rolled oats
100 ml fresh-squeezed orange juice
1 pinch of salt
1 spoon honey

Directions:

Pour the milk A2 into a saucepan, add the salt and bring to boil. Add the rolled oats, the orange juice, and cook for 1 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Add the honey to the saucepan with the oats, stir and cover. Allow to sit for 2 minutes.

Place the oatmeal into a bowl, add the berries/fruit of your choice, granola, and yoghurt on top.

Time to cook: 30 min. Serves: 5

Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:

300 g flour
30 g sugar
50 g brown sugar
150 g butter
20 g chocolate drops or chocolate chips
1 tsp. baking powder
2 pcs. eggs

Directions:

1. Melt the butter and set aside to cool.
2. Add the sugar, one egg and the yolk of another egg into the cooled butter. Whisk everything together with an electric blender.
3. Mix the baking powder and the flour, add the mixture into the batter, and hand-knead to homogeneous consistency.
4. Add the chocolate chips.
5. Shape into small balls using hands, place them onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake in an oven at 175 ºC for about 15 minutes.

Warm cookies infused with chocolate chips will pair perfectly with the extra delicious and sweet milk A2!
